If there is an issues with your order we will resolve the issue. We will analyzed & resolve, per individual order.

Low cost items, sale, fur, and custom items are Final Sale. Exception will be analyzed & resolved base per individual order.  

We help minimize returns do to sizing issues, by ensuring we select the best fit for you, based on your body measurements. We will reach out through email and/or text to ask for your body measurements on high ticket items such as Custom Dresses, Genuine Leather Jackets and Fur Coats.

We never have any issues or returns. Our team priorities getting your order right the first time.

Please note: If you are  unsure about which size to choose. In the cart at check, leave your measurements in the notes selection and our team will help choose the best fit for you.

Please put your exact measurements (in the notes section at check out) so we can help choose a size right for you.  Example: Bust, Waist, Height, Weight and Hip.  If you don't know a specific measurement leave blank and just just tell us the measurements you do know.

Please use size chart provided for each specific item found in the description box, to choose correct size. If you need help choosing a size please contact us directly.

Be advised some items are Asian standard sizes and will differ from American and UK standard sizes.  Asian sizes generally run 2 sizes sometimes 3 sizes smaller then US sizes. Please follow Sizing Chart provided for each specific item found in the description box to choose your correct size for that specific item as another item size you choose may be different.

We are not responsible for incorrect size that you choose. If unsure on sizing please contact us before or after your purchase for us to determine your correct size thru your exact body measurements.

Height, Weight  Bust/Chest and Waist and whatever other information or preference you may have in order to determine your correct size.

Please note: If you are still unsure about your size after placing an order, immediately contact us with your exact measurements so we can help choose a size right for you.


Once you have received a tracking number e-mail of your order we cannot change your order. Usually you will receive a tracking #  1-5 business days. Days may vary depending on the season, and/or weather.


1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and/or weather delays. We cannot cancel order(s) once processed.

We are not responsible for Delays for example: Covid, Weather, Holiday Season, or any Logistic issue/delays.

Please make sure you make no typos when filling out your shipping and billing address(s).

Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable if you fill any incorrect and/or incomplete address(s) or any other information.

Once we give to your tracking # your responsible to track you item.  Unfortunately if you give the wrong address. There is no way for us to know your address was or is incorrect.

We did our part once we shipped your order, provide a tracking # we have fulfilled our service.  



Payment and Shipping process

The payment and shipping process may take 3-15 business days depending on item.

Some items may ship from China and may take 7-39 business days to be delivered depending on your location.

We reserve the right to refuse any transaction, for any reason.


You must contact us as soon has your receive your item(s) to be eligible. We don't exchange or except returns due to you ordering the incorrect size and/or to the item not fitting you. Its your responsibly to order your correct color, size, following the sizing chart for each item.  We are not responsible if item(s) is damage thru delivery. We will not exchange or except returns if the items were worn, dirty and/or damaged. 

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us immediately, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received the item(s). It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate like Bathing suits, Underwear or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, furs, or flammable liquids or gases.

You must contact us the same day you receive the item and disclosure any issues at that time.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to any address that wasn't directly given to you from our staff.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to  within a 1-7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you for you to use has you wish.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver the bill

Depend on item or situation you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return, and/or shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You must send tracking # for the item. We don’t guarantee a refund, upon receiving your returned item it will be examine and determine weather the item(s) will excepted as a return.
